Witness the Spectacle of Pride on York’s Streets
- York Pride Parade: March through the heart of York as the parade sets off from Parliament Street / Duncombe Place outside York Minster at around 11.30 am and makes its way through the city centre to the Knavesmire. Witness flags, floats, music and joy flooding the city, as people from all walks of life unite to celebrate equality and visibility.
- York Pride Festival – The Knavesmire: After the parade arrives at the Knavesmire (next to York Racecourse, YO23 1EX), the festival kicks off with free entry. From live‑music main stages, cabaret tents and dance zones, to family‑friendly areas with workshops and funfair, there is something for everyone. Vendors, community stalls and food trucks complete the day‑long celebration.
